TRADE POLICY

The unconstitutional North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), general Agreement on Trade & Tariffs (GATT) should be repealed and an immediate withdrawal of the United States from the World trade Organization (WTO). We oppose all trade deals that attack the sovereignty of the United States and make the United States dependent on foreign powers, corporations or organizations.

AGRICULTURE

The Family Farm is the cornerstone of American Agriculture and the primary reason that Americans have been blessed with an abundant, affordable food supply. Yet,the Family Farm has been under extreme pressure for decades and has been eroded. Government involvement at both the State and Federal level has placed the Farmers backs against the wall.

The Reform Party will work with farmers to overcome government meddling and re-write farm policy. We need a policy that supports the Family Farm over the interests of Corpor-ate and Foreign owned farms.

ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION

SECURE OUR BORDERS AGAINST ILLEGAL
CROSSING BY ALIENS, DRUGS SMUGGLERS,
AND OTHER CRIMINALS

The current rate of immigration, according to the U.S. Census, will double the population of the United States within 50 years. The stress on public services, infrastructure, jobs, education, energy, and water availability are already being felt in many areas of the country. We the Reform Party of Illinois are:

THE FLOOD OF ILLEGAL ALIENS INTO
OUR COUNTRY

EXPORTATION OF U.S. FACTORIES AND
MANUFACTURING JOBS OVERSEAS.
We strongly oppose exporting America and demand that it be stopped. We also demand reversal of the system.

To remain a Super Power we must stop exporting to other countries the things that made America the great Super Power. We must insist or demand that our elected officials stop exporting America's Factories and our manufacturing and other impotant jobs to countries like China.

The Factories and Manufacturing jobs we are exporting today are the same that made America the Great Super Power.

Unless strong demands are made and the exporting of America if forced to discontinue America will will be reduced to a third rate Country.

We also demand that on our Product the word MADE IN THE USA be restored, not made in China or any other Country.

THE ENVIRONMENT

We believe in maintaining and protecting our natural environment, and that all modern technologies must be utilized for tat purpose.

We do not believe that State and Federal ownership of massive amounts of land protects the environment. There have been many examples of government mismanagement causing environmental disasters. We stand foursquare for Property Rights.

JUDICIARY

The judiciary shall not function as an auxiliary legislature to deprive the People of the rights to self-govern by revising statutes and manufacturing law under the guise of interpreting them. We reject adjudication, not in according to the rule of law, and contrary to the constitution. A judge's overreaching ideolog, preferred political position, or social whim is a threat to American ideals of justice. When judges exercise powers not delegated to them under the Constitution they loose their immunity and are subject to lawsuits and impeachment as a proper tool.

We demand a Constitutional Amendment prohibiting gay marriage - in that marriage is between a man and a woman.
